**INCIDENTS**
Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On April 17th at 4:25AM, police responded to the 3600 block of Morgan Ct in Dumfries (22026) for a domestic. The victim, a 43 year old woman of Dumfries, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly knocked the victim to the ground and began to choke her. At one point, the victim attempted to call 9-1-1, however the accused took the phone and disconnected the line with dispatch. The accused left the area prior to police arrival. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused.

Edward Jemar JENNINGS, 39, of 1521 Colonial Dr in Woodbridge (Last known address)
Described as a black male, 5’9”, 170lbs, with short black hair, beard, and brown eyes
Wanted for strangulation, domestic assault & battery, and preventing the summoning of police
Residential Burglary – On April 17th at 10:15PM, police responded to the 11200 block of Kessler Pl in Manassas (20109) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:30AM and 9:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear sliding glass door. A gaming console, TV, and computer, valued around $1,300, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On April 16th at 11:15PM, police responded to the 1900 block of Partree Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:40AM and 3:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear door. A gaming console and game, valued around $260, were reported missing.
