Incidents and arrests released by Prince William County Police Department on Thursday, March 19, 2015.
**INCIDENTS**
Indecent Exposure – On March 18th at 7:31AM, officers responded to the area of Redwing Dr and Torrence Pl in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 41 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking her dog in the above area when she observed an unknown man near the tennis courts. Upon further observation, the victim reportedly witnessed the man expose himself and making an obscene display. Once noticed by the victim, the man was seen walking to unknown vehicle and leaving the area. No physical contact was made between the man and victim. The victim was only able to describe the suspect as a black male.
Residential Burglary – On March 19th at 2:05AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13800 block of Meadowbrook Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that two unknown men attempted to force open a rear door. When the door would not open, the men went to the front door and were able to kick it open. Once inside the home, the men verbally threatened the occupants of home before fleeing. No injuries were reported and no property was taken. A police K-9 was sued to search for the suspects.
Suspect Descriptions:
Both suspects were described as white males, possibly between 20 & 30 years of age
Last seen wearing all black clothing, black hat and bandanas over their faces
Residential Burglary – On March 18th at 7:45PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 2900 block of Fox Lair Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 5:30PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. An iPad, iPhone and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing.
Commercial Burglary – On March 17th at 8:02AM, officers responded to Hi-Mart Laundry located at 1101 Horner Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00AM and 1:00AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a side glass door which was broken out. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Abduction – On March 18th at 9:58AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14600 block of Harry Allen Pl in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic dispute. The victim, a 45 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. At one point, the victim went to the garage in order to leave the home. The accused followed the victim, with a hammer in hand, and locked the door, refusing to let the victim leave to leave the residence. The victim was able to contact police and the accused left the home as officers were arriving. No injuries were reported. An officer located the accused at a nearby shopping center where he was detained without further incident. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
