Prince William County Bar Association recently honored judicial retirements and the best lawyers in the local profession.
Judge Richard B. Potter was honored for his retirement from PWC Circuit Court, and Judge Mary Grace O’Brien for her elevation to the Court of Appeals of Virginia, with portraits commissioned to express the PWC Bar’s gratitude for their service on the bench.
