Abduction | Sexual Assault – On Dec. 4 at 3:45 p.m., the School Resource Officer at Woodbridge High School, located at 3001 Old Bridge Rd. in Woodbridge (22192), was advised of an alleged abduction and sexual assault between two students.
The investigation revealed that the victim, a 15-year-old female student, went into the faculty bathroom inside of the school with a male student, identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused solicited the victim for sexual acts. When the victim refused, the accused blocked the exit and sexually assaulted the victim.
A teacher was able to intervene after hearing a commotion inside of the restroom. The parties were separated, and the school contacted the police. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as a 17-year-old male juvenile, was charged.
