PWC Police officers were pushed and grabbed while conducting investigation

Assault and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On March 20 at 6:45PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3400 block of Fitchburg Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic. While investigating, the accused was observed by officers physically assaulting a family member, according to Ofc. Wade Dickinson, public information officer.

Officers attempted to detain the accused, who actively resisted and refused to follow officer’s commands. After a brief struggle, the accused was taken into custody, without further incident. During the encounter, the accused pushed an officer and grabbed officers. No injuries were reported by the family member or the officers. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Hugo Alonso DUBON, was arrested.

Charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on LEO, 2 counts of domestic assault & battery, and 1 count of obstruction of justice
