Assault & Battery of a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On Saturday, Nov. 14 at 4:13AM, Prince William County police officers responded to a residence located in the 7900 block of Community Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic, according to Master Police Officer Renee Carr, public information officer for the police department.
The initial investigation revealed that the incident was a verbal altercation only.
As one of the occupants of the home was preparing to leave, a family member, identified as the accused, became disorderly and allegedly struck an officer multiple times. After a brief struggle, the accused was taken into custody without further incident. No injuries were reported.
Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Daisy Mae ALLEN, was arrested.
