**INCIDENTS**
Malicious Wounding | Assault by Mob – On May 24 at 9:43PM, officers responded to the 11100 block of Balls Ford Rd in Manassas (22109) to investigate subjects fighting in the area. The victims, a 39 year old man and 36 year old man both of Manassas, reported to police that they were walking in the above area when they were approached by four unknown men and women. During the encounter, one of the women retrieved a bat and struck the victims. The suspects then fled the area and the victims contacted police. Minor injuries were reported. Officers checked the area and did not locate the suspects. The investigation continues.

2 black males and 2 black females, between 20 & 30 years of age

**ARRESTS**
Burglary with Intent to Defile | Sexual Assault – On May 21 at 5:27AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9500 block of Lomond Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 14 year old female juvenile, reported to police that the accused, an acquaintance, entered her residence without permission. Once inside, the accused went to the victim’s bedroom where she was sleeping and sexually assaulted her. When a family member of the victim intervened, the accused fled the area on foot and police were contacted. Officers located and detained the accused a short time later at his residence. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with aggravated sexual battery and burglary with intent to commit a felony

Residential Burglary – On May 25 at 2:28PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13400 block of Marumsco Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. The victim, a 33 year old woman, reported to police that she heard an unknown person walking around in her basement. The victim then ran out of the residence and contacted police. Upon checking the rear of the residence, the victim observed an unknown man exiting a rear basement door. When the suspect saw the victim, he went back inside the residence. When officers arrived at the residence, the accused was located and detained without incident. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
