Prince William County Police investigate incidents and make arrests

**ARRESTS**

Abduction | Assault & Battery – On May 13 at 10:16PM, officers responded to the area of Beaumont Rd and Fontaine Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 29-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation while sitting in her vehicle which was parked in the area of Dale Blvd and Minnieville Rd. During the encounter, the victim told the accused to get out of the vehicle which he refused. When the victim attempted to get out, the accused grabbed the victim then forced her to drive to another location. At some point, the victim was able to contact police who responded and detained the accused. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Malicious Wounding – On May 20 at 7:20PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3400 block of Christy Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 27-year-old man of Fredericksburg, reported to police that he was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, an acquaintance. During the encounter, the accused hit the victim in the head with a blunt object. The parties eventually separated and the victim contacted police. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Strong Armed Robbery – On May 20 at 5:35PM, officers responded to the 10600 block of Automotive Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 19-year-old man of Manassas, reported to police that he met a known man in the above area to conduct a narcotics transaction. During the encounter, the victim was assaulted by several males and relieved of an undisclosed amount of money. The suspects eventually fled the area and the victim contacted police. Upon further investigation, detectives with the Robbery Unit identified one of the suspects as Muhammad AATIF. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of AATIF who was located and arrested without incident in Loudoun County on May 21. The investigation continues.

Attempted Abduction | Malicious Wounding – On May 20 at 5:16AM, officers responded to the area of Castile Court and Oakwood Drive in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an assault.  The victim, a 33-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that around 5:10AM she was walking in the area of Castile Court when she was approached by an unknown male.  During the encounter, the male grabbed her and attempted to pull her towards a nearby area.  A struggle ensued and the suspect assaulted the victim, causing minor injuries.  The victim eventually broke free from the suspect and contacted police.  The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot.  A police K-9 and helicopter were used to search for the suspect who was not located. Officers also searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect. Later that afternoon, detectives from the Special Victims Unit were able to identify the suspect.  Following the investigation, detectives located and arrested the accused, identified as Keith Richard GRIFFIN, without incident.  A search warrant was subsequently executed at this residence.

Strangulation | Abduction | Domestic Related *ARREST – On May 19 Allan Fitzgerald TUCKER turned himself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge. The accused was wanted for a domestic assault which occurred at residence located in the 4300 block of Ensbrook Ln in Woodbridge on May 18.

Strangulation | Abduction | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On May 18 at 9:26PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4300 block of Ensbrook Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 47-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused punched the victim then prevented her leaving. At one point, the accused grabbed the victim by the throat and choked her. The victim was eventually able to break free and another family contacted police before they were able to flee the residence. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Alan Fitzgerald TUCKER. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
