**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On February 12 at 9:02PM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 10420 Portsmouth Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The employee reported to police that a male wearing a mask entered the store and brandished a handgun toward the employee. The suspect forced the employee to open the cash register to obtain money before fleeing the business on foot. No injuries were reported. A Prince William County police K-9 and helicopter from Fairfax County Police responded to search for the suspect who was not located. The investigation continues.
Suspect Description:
Male of an unknown race or age, 5’07”, 220lbs with a medium build
Last seen wearing a red bandanna covering his face, black jacket with a hoodie, blue jeans, and black and white shoes with white soles
Indecent Exposure – On February 11 at 11:58PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4600 block of Central Park Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victims, a 19-year-old woman and 52-year-old woman, reported to police that the accused, an acquaintance, was standing outside of their residence when he exposed himself to the victims and made an obscene gesture. When one of the victims confronted the suspect, he eventually fled the area on foot prior to officers arriving. As officers were obtaining warrants for the accused, he returned to the residence and attempted to enter the back yard by removing a board from a fence. The accused fled the area again on foot when the victims spotted him. No other contact was made between the two parties. Further attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues.

Kevin Allen RANDOLPH II, 19, of the 4400 block of Evansdale Rd in Woodbridge
Described as a black male, 5’10”, 160lbs, with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for 2 counts of indecent exposure, 1 counts of stalking, and 1 count of destruction of property
Residential Burglary – On February 13 at 11:56PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 14300 block of Bellona Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 8:50AM and 11:50PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. The resident reported that clothes were rummaged through. No property reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On February 12 at 5:25PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8900 block of Dennis Ct in Bristow (20136) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 8:00PM on February 9 and 2:00PM on February 12. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. Several doors were found open. No property reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On February 12 at 4:48PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 2700 block of Haverford Lp in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 9:55AM and 2:15PM. The investigation revealed that there entry was made into the residence through a window that was found broken. No property reported missing.
