Plane off runway at Manassas Regional Airport

At 5:32 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2016 a Piper Malibu Aircraft, which can seat six people, was attempting to land on runway 34 right at the Manassas Regional Airport when it ran off the side of the runway.
Fire and Rescue crews from the City of Manassas and Prince William County were dispatched to the scene.
There was only the pilot on board and there were no injuries.
By 9:45 p.m. the runway was reopened to air traffic.
