**INCIDENTS**
Strong Armed Robbery | Malicious Wounding – On July 9 at 7:48AM, officers responded to investigate a robbery which allegedly occurred earlier that morning in the 2100 block of Misty Creek Ct in Nokesville (20181). The victim, a 20-year-old man of Maurertown, reported to police that he was at a party at a residence in the above area when he was confronted by several acquaintances. During the encounter, the victim was assaulted by the group. At some point during the altercation, the victim lost consciousness. The victim eventually regained consciousness and reported that his keys, wallet, and some jewelry were missing. The victim responded to a local hospital with minor injuries then contacted police. The investigation continues.
Residential Burglary – On July 10 at 8:24AM, officers responded to a residence in the 7600 block of Bland Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary past. The victim, a 52-year of man, reported to police that he was asleep on a couch around 1:00AM when an unknown male entered the residence. The victim confronted the suspect who then fled the residence on foot. There were no signs of forced entry and no property reported missing. The investigation continues.

White male, between 18 & 20 years old, 6’00”, 160lbs, with a medium build

Attempted Residential Burglary – On July 10 at 10:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15300 block of Blacksmith Terr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the home reported to police that two unknown persons attempted to kick open the front and rear doors. The suspects eventually fled the area on foot without making entry into the residence. The investigation continues.

Suspect #1: Hispanic male, approximately 14-years-old, with a thin build

**ARRESTS**
Felony Child Neglect – On July 10 at 8:18PM, officers responded to the 2100 block of Gunsmith Terr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a child neglect. A citizen reported to police that a 1-year-old boy was playing in the street unsupervised. Officers conducted a canvass of the neighborhood and located the child’s babysitter, identified as the accused. Upon further investigation, officers determined that the child left the residence while the accused was playing video games. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested without incident. The child was released into the custody of a family member and was uninjured.

Charged with felony child neglect

Malicious Wounding – On July 9 at 10:34AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1300 block of Eisenhower Cir in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 24-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a family member, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused punched the victim in the face and bit her. The parties eventually separated and the police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
