Panel discussion Nov. 30 on gangs in PWC at Committee of 100
Committee of 100 of Prince William County will present a Nov. 30 forum on “Gangs in Prince William County: Are We On The Right Track?” Be informed and engaged in how this issue is being addressed in the community.
The forum will be at Wyndham Garden Hotel, 10800 Vandor Lane, Manassas, VA 20109. Social Hour: 6:30 to 7 p.m., optional dinner ($35) starting at 7 p.m., with program starting at 7:45 p.m. All are welcome.
Moderator will be Jennifer Kooyoomjian, Intensive Juvenile Probation Officer, 31st Court Service Unit. Panelists will be:
• First Sergeant C. Carter, Gang Unit, Prince William County Police Department-Gang Impact
• Brad Marshall, Assist. Commonwealth Attorney-Gang Laws In PWC and Virginia
• Deepa Patel, Executive Director of Trauma and Hope, LLC-Trauma and Treatment of this population
• Rich Buchholtz, Gang Response Intervention Team Coordinator, PWC-Services and Inter-agency coordination
