Opinions wanted on local health care issues

Community Healthcare Coalition of Greater Prince William wants to hear from local residents via a Health Check Survey online at http://gpwsurvey.gmu.edu/ .

Survey answers will help provide a better picture of what the community feels are some of the most significant public health issues effecting residents, according to a news release from the Virginia Department of Health. The Coalition will use feedback to develop strategies to improve the health of our communities.

Everyone is encouraged to share information about the survey with neighbors, friends and family through word of mouth, social media outlets, organizations or club newsletters, and by posting or distributing the fliers in neighborhood centers, local businesses and other places where people gather.

All responses will be completely anonymous. Email any questions about the survey to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

The Community Healthcare Coalition of Greater Prince William is a partnership between George Mason University, the Greater Prince William Community Health Center, Novant Health UVA Health System, Potomac Health Foundation, the Prince William Health District and Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center with the goal of collectively improving the health of the residents of the jurisdictions served by the participating entities.
