No 9-11 memorial service at PWC today; county releases video
On September 11, 2001, the country changed forever. Nearly 3,000 people lost their lives when terrorists attacked the nation. Across Prince William County, 22 residents lost their lives, more than any other region in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
Typically, in recent years since that fateful day 19 years ago, the County Government has hosted an in-person memorial observance. However, because of the ongoing pandemic and the desire to ensure everyone’s health and wellbeing, this year the County has released this memorial video: https://youtu.be/Thi32pCcmHk.
