New police station now open on Davis Ford Road
On April 18, 2018 the Charlie Deane Central District Police Station located at 5036 Davis Ford Road between the Prince William Parkway and Asdee Lane opened to the public at 7 a.m.
Patrol operations and Criminal Investigations staff began working out of the station April 18. Additional staff will begin moving into the building in the following weeks, according to a police department news release.
The new station is serving Dale City, Lake Ridge, and eastern areas of Manassas. Additional details regarding a public open house and ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the building’s opening will be held this summer, the news release said.
