Mother charged with child endangerment involving knife held against head of girl, 3
Felony Child Endangerment – On July 8 at 3:54PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9900 block of Shallow Creek Lp. in Manassas (20109) to investigate suspected child abuse.
Police were notified of a picture which depicted the accused holding a knife against her child’s head. The picture was posted on social media with a threatening message directed towards a male acquaintance of the accused.
Responding officers located the victim and the accused at their residence in Manassas. During the investigation, officers determined the picture was taken approximately two weeks prior. Following the investigation, the accused identified as Breanna Monique Macole PENDLETON, was arrested.
The victim, a 3-year-old girl, was unharmed and turned over to family members.
