Missing, endangered person located, PWC police report

UPDATE: Tomas Caraballo-Mercado, who was reported as missing and endangered earlier today, Sunday, March 8, has been located and is safe, according to a report from Prince William County’s police department.

Nominations due by Dec. 14 for PWC Human Rights Commission awards
Previous honorees have been recognized for their work in combating sex trafficking, addressing homelessness and alleviating food insecurity. Others were recognized for such activities such as mentoring Prince William County youth, health education and workshops tutoring, supporting college and career planning, and promoting informed decision-making.
