Memorial Day, a special day for honoring those who paid the full price for our freedom, will be celebrated with a memorial service at the Freedom Museum on May 25th.
The ceremony will start at 2:30 PM with the reading of the names of Prince William servicemen who died during their military service followed by the National Moment of Silence at 3:00 PM and then the official opening of the PFC. Richard M. Bean display.
Pfc. Richard M. Bean was recently found on Saipan and interred at the Quantico National Cemetery.
The Bean family has given his recovered personal effects to the Freedom Museum which prepared a display related to Pfc. Bean.
Admission to the Freedom Museum, located in the Manassas Airport Terminal, 10600 Harry Parrish Blvd., Manassas, VA 20110, is free.
