Manassas woman shot with BB pellet while taking out trash
Malicious Wounding – On September 5 at 12:38AM, Prince William County police officers responded to a residence located in the 7400 block of Albemarle Dr in Manassas (22111) to investigate a shooting.
The victim, a 27-year-old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she was taking the trash out to the rear of her residence which is adjacent to Boundary Ave when she was struck in the lower body by a BB pellet.
Minor injuries were reported. There is no suspect information available at this time. The investigation continues.
