Threats to Harm – On October 29 at 4:14AM, officers responded to a residence located in Manassas (20111) to investigate a report of threatening text messages. The victim, a 23-year-old woman, reported to police that she had received several threatening text messages from the accused, an acquaintance, which suggested an act of violence against the victim and her family. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Marvin Alexander PORTILLO TREJO. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues.

Shooting into an Unoccupied Vehicle – On October 28 at 11:50AM, officers responded to the 14200 block of Farmer Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a destruction of property. The caller reported to police that a bullet hole was located in a front seat of his vehicle, which was parked in his driveway. It is believed that the incident occurred sometime around 4:29AM. No injuries or other property damage was reported.
