• Malicious Wounding (Domestic Related) *ARREST – On Nov. 21, 2024 the suspect, identified as Nerys Elizabeth CARCAMO ESTRADA, who was sought in connection to the domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 10100 block of Farragut Ct. in Manassas (20109) on Nov. 20, was arrested.

Malicious Wounding (Domestic Related) [Previously Released] – On November 20 at 12:07PM,Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 10100 block of Farragut Ct. in Manassas (20109) earlier that morning.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 38-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim in the head with an iron before leaving the residence. The victim went to an area hospital where where the police were notified and he was treated for non-life threatening injuries . Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Nerys Elizabeth CARCAMO ESTRADA. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
• Attempted Armed Robbery *FINAL ARREST – On Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024 the suspect, identified as Troy Allen PHILLIPS Jr., who was wanted in connection to the attempted robbery that was reported to have occurred at the McDonald’s located at 12730 Harbor Dr. in the Lake Ridge area of Woodbridge (22192) on Sept. 24, 2024was arrested. Two men were previously arrested between Nov. 8-18 in connection to the incident.

Attempted Armed Robbery *ARRESTS [Previously Released] – Officers arrested two suspects identified in connection to the attempted robbery that was reported to have occurred at the McDonald’s located at 12730 Harbor Dr. in the Woodbridgearea of Lake Ridge (22192) on Sept. 24. The suspects, identified as Timothy Damont RUTHERFORD and a 17-year-old male juvenile, were taken into custody between Nov. 8-18. Additionally, officers obtained arrest warrants for a third suspect, identified as Troy Allen PHILLIPS Jr. Attempts to locate PHILLIPS have been unsuccessful.
Attempted Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On September 24, 2024 at 5:18PM,Prince William County Police officers responded to the McDonald’s located at 12730 Harbor Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 25-year-old woman, and a group of men were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the victim was struck and scratched by the men before the parties separated. A short time later, the suspects returned to the business and attempted to take the victim’s purse while one of the men implied he had a firearm. The victim was able to maintain possession of her purse and separated from the suspects. The suspects left the business prior to police arriving on scene. Officers and a police K-9 searched the area for the suspects who were not located. Minor injuries were reported.
• Attempted Commercial Burglary *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED | ARREST – On Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, Prince William County Police detectives identified one of the suspects involved in the attempted burglary that was reported to have occurred at All Shooters Tactical located at 3310 Noble Pond Way in Woodbridge (22193) on Nov. 24, 2024. The suspect, identified as Emmanuel WILLIAMS, was charged while in custody at the Rappahannock Regional Jail where he was incarcerated on unrelated charges. The investigation continues as the detectives attempt to identify the other suspects involved in the incident.

Attempted Commercial Burglary [Previously Released] – On November 24, 2024 at 4:52AM,Prince William County Police officers responded to All Shooters Tactical located at 3310 Noble Pond Way in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an alarm activation. The investigation revealed two unknown males shattered the glass door and side windows in an attempt to gain entry into the building. When the suspects could not enter the building, they both left in a red 4-door vehicle. No property was reported missing.
INCIDENTS
• Abduction (Domestic Related) – On Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024 at 1:56AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Regency Apartments located in the 9900 block of Shallow Creek Lp. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 32-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused prevented the victim from leaving the room before taking her vehicle and leaving. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Henry Osmin GARCIA. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’8”, 180lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for abduction and grand larceny
• Commercial Burglary – On Monday, Nov. 25, 2024 at 12:08PM, officers responded to Hashtag Pizza & Subs located at 4380 Kevin Walker Dr. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a burglary. Video surveillance revealed at approximately 11:47PM on November 24, an unknown man used a large object to shatter the front glass door and gain entry into the business. The cash register appeared to have been tampered with and no property was reported missing. The suspect was described as a black male with a medium build wearing a black face mask, a dark-colored jacket, red sweatpants, and red shoes.
• Commercial Burglary – On Monday, Nov. 25, 2024 at 8:43AM, On Monday, Nov. 25, 2024 officers responded to Two Brothers Restaurant located at 14845 Build America Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed sometime between 12:30AM and 5:00AM forced entry was made into the building through the shattered glass front door. The cash register was reported missing.
• Residential Burglary – On Monday, Nov. 25, 2024 at 11:35AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a burglary that was reported to have occurred at the Riverside Station Apartments located in the 12300 block of Pond Run Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) sometime between Nov.1 and Nov. 9, 2024.9. The investigation revealed there were no signs of forced entry. Cooking appliances and an iPhone were reported missing.
