Manassas Police ask for public’s help with cold case from 1988
Jerry D. Plaster was described as a white male, age 27, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and a mole on his left cheek.
He is also described as having scars on his left wrist and elbow and a pierced left ear. He was last seen wearing blue corduroy pants, a brown shirt, a blue tee shirt and size 10.5 white tennis shoes.
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts or other pertinent information is asked to call Manassas City Police Investigative Services Division at 703-257-8092.
