Manassas man charged with rape

**ARRESTS**

Rape – On November 13th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 8900 block of Round Top Rd in Manassas (20112). The victim, a 37 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were talking in a vehicle parked in the above area. During the encounter, the accused became angry and forcibly raped the victim. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Daniel Antonio ARRIAGA, 53, of 8948 Round Top Rd in Manassas
Charged with rape

**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On November 14th at 9:26PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 5000 block of Anchorstone Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:45PM and 5:45PM on November 13th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. A decorative wall piece was reported missing.
