Manassas man charged with abduction

Abduction | Domestic Related – On Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 at 9:00PM, officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to the TGM Sudley Crossing Apartments located in the 10800 block of Gambril Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 27-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.

During the encounter, the accused struck the victim before grabbing her and taking her keys to prevent her from leaving. An off-duty Virginia State Trooper intervened and separated the parties. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Steven Camryn KIRK, was arrested.
