Manassas dad charged in homicide of infant

Homicide Arrest
Manassas City Police arrested Joaquin Shadow Rams, 40, of 9073 Landgreen Street, at 11:40 AM Friday, January 25, 2013.
According to a police report, Rams was charged with the First Degree Murder of his 15 month old son, Prince McLeod Rams, who died by drowning on October 20, 2012, while in Mr. Rams’ care in his residence at 9073 Landgreen Street.
Joaquin Shadow Rams was held at the ADC without bond pending arraignment.
