Manassas city to lift snow emergency at noon today, March 4

The snow emergency put into effect on March 2, 2014 in the City of Manassas will be lifted at 12 p.m. (noon) today, March 4, 2014, according to Patty Prince, public affairs specialist.
This means that snow emergency routes will be open for parking in designated areas, Prince said.
