Manassas city residents invited to celebrate National Night Out Aug. 5

Residents are invited to join the City of Manassas and Historic Manassas, Inc. for the second annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, August 5.

  NNO, of “America’s Night Out Against Crime”, is an opportunity for residents and first responders to get together and take a stand against crime in the community.  Admission to the event is FREE and there will be activities for all ages.

The event will include:
·      INOVA Blood Drive
·      Music provided by MCPD’s own Scott Stallard and his band, Scott Stallard and Skyline
·      Potter Baseball
·      Concessions provided by the Greater Manassas Baseball League (GMBL)
·      Demonstrations by first responders and opportunities to meet the City’s career and volunteer emergency personnel
·      Moon bounces
·      Free Museum admission
·      Vehicle displays
·      Various vendors and community partners
