Animal Cruelty
During the morning hours of February 28, 2015, Manassas City Police responded to Hood Rd in the area of Clover Hill Rd for a report of a man abusing his dog. The reporting party told officers that the suspect had allegedly tied weights to the dog’s legs and had struck the dog while walking him that morning.
Through further investigation, Animal Control Officers identified the suspect as Fabian SANTIAGO, 20, of 9802 Bragg Ln. On March 5, 2015, officers charged SANTIAGO with animal cruelty. He was released on his personal recognizance and has a pending court date of April 14, 2015.

Indecent Exposure
At approximately 4:00PM on February 23, 2015, Manassas City Police responded to Wellington Square Coin Laundry, located at 9923 Wellington Rd, for a report of an indecent exposure. The reporting party told officers that an unknown male entered the Laundromat and pulled his pants off to expose himself in the back of the facility while he taunted the female employees. The Police were called and the suspect fled in an unknown direction. (No description available)
Motor Vehicle Theft
At approximately 4:40AM on March 3, 2015, Manassas City Police met with a resident on the 9200 block of Bayberry Ave for a report of a stolen vehicle. The reporting party told officers that sometime between the overnight hours of March 2nd and 4:00AM on March 3rd, her vehicle had been stolen from where it was parked on the public roadway in front of her residence.
Description of stolen vehicle: 1995 Acura Integra, white, 4-door, beige interior color, manual transmission, sunroof, after-market rims with gold spokes
