Unlawful Carnal Knowledge – Arrest
Manassas City Police investigated a relationship between an adult male and a juvenile female.
It was determined that Mr. Aguilar Chicas was having a sexual relationship with a 14 year old girl who lives in his neighborhood.
Wilber Osmin Aguilar Chicas, 23, of 9701 Clark Place, Apt. 202, was arrested and charged with Carnal Knowledge of a Child between 13 and 15 years of age (Va. Code 18.2-63).
Larcenies from Businesses
Manassas City Police are investigating the larceny of copper piping from 13 external air conditioning units. The thefts occurred sometime between 8:00PM Wednesday, May 22, and 6:00AM Thursday, May 23. Insulation was removed and the copper piping was cut out of the units. The thefts occurred at four neighboring commercial properties on the 9700 block of Quarry Road.
Residential Burglary
Manassas City Police are investigating the burglary and theft of copper pipes and wires from a house on the 9900 block of South Grant Avenue. The crime occurred sometime between Saturday evening, May 18, and Friday morning, May 20. The house was not occupied and was undergoing renovation. There were signs of forced entry through a basement window.
Vandalism to Autos
Manassas City Police are investigating the damaging of seven cars parked along the 8400 and 8300 blocks of Stonewall Road. The cars were ‘keyed’ some time overnight on Monday/Tuesday, May 20/21, and Thursday/Friday, May 23/24.
Larceny from Auto
Manassas City Police are investigating the larceny of power tools from the unsecured bed of a pickup truck on the 8500 block of King Carter Street. The larceny occurred sometime between the 8:00PM Wednesday, May 22, and 5:30AM Thursday, May 23. The truck was parked in the driveway of a residence. The value of the stolen tools is estimated to be $3,800.
