Child Pornography - Search Warrant & Arrest
During the early morning hours of March 11, 2013, Manassas City Police Investigators, in conjunction with Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Investigators (ICAC), executed a search warrant in the 3400 block of Caledonia Circle, in Woodbridge, Virginia, regarding the possession and distribution of child pornography.
This stems from a two month investigation into persons distributing child pornography over the internet. Several items were removed from the residence as a result of the search warrant.
Otto Gabriel Escobar Jr., 35, of 3442 Caledonia Circle was identified as the suspect through investigation and interviews. Escobar was arrested on March 12, 2013 and charged with multiple counts of Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography. A court date is pending in the juvenile and domestic relations court. He is currently being held at the ADC without bond.
Larceny of motor vehicle parts from business
On Tuesday, March 12 at 9:53PM, Manassas City Police officers responded to 9278 Prince William Street, ‘Olde Towne Auto Repair, in reference to a possible vehicle crash. On scene, officers encountered Randy Jessee driving in a field next to the business, with motor vehicle parts in his vehicle. After an investigation, Randy Leo Jessee, 32, of 8807 Barnett Street, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny. He was held at the ADC with no bond pending a May 14 court appearance.
