Manassas City Police Beat 9/9/11

Firearms Theft Arrest
On Sept. 8, 2011, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Manassas City Police Officers were summoned to a residence located in the 8900 block of Princeton Park Drive, regarding a stolen firearm.

The victim advised officers that a handgun had recently been stolen from the residence. The officers, along with detectives assigned to the Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force, interviewed several subjects at the residence.

They concluded their investigation with the recovery of the handgun and the arrest of Ronald Kyle Stiles, 21, of 128 Kent Drive, Manassas Park. Stiles was charged with Grand Larceny and held at the Prince William Adult Detention Center on a $5,000 bond. His court date was set for Nov. 1, 2011.
