Assault
On July 10, 2012, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Manassas City Police Officers were patrolling the area of Grant Avenue and Prince William Street when they came upon an injured male lying on the ground. The 24-year-old male told officers that he was assaulted by 10-15 people. He could not give officers a specific description of the offenders. This is an ongoing investigation. Sexual Assault
On July 8, 2012, Manassas City Police Officers responded to the Old Town Inn, located at 9403 Main Street, regarding a runaway juvenile.
The juvenile’s mother told us that they were out searching for her when they found her standing in front of the hotel with a 20-year-old male, Ignacio Quinto Cruz. Ignacio Quinto Cruz, of 9275 Taney Road, was placed under arrest and charged with Crimes Against Nature and Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor. He was held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, with no bond. His court date was set for September 5, 2012.
