Sex Offense Arrest
On May 18, 2012, at approximately 7:20 p.m., Manassas City Police Officers responded to the area of Hood Road and Calypso Drive, regarding a theft of a cell phone. Juan Reyes Balbuena told officers that he allowed a 15-year-old male to borrow his phone and that the male refused to return it to him. Further investigation revealed that Juan Reyes Balbuena was having inappropriate relations with the male juvenile and that the phone was a gift from Reyes Balbuena. Juan Reyes Balbuena, of 9508 Clematis Street, was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of Crimes Against Nature. He was held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, with no bond.
