Felony Vandalism Arrest
On June 10, 2012, at approximately 8:35 p.m., Manassas City Police Officers were called to the Convenience Car Care Center, located at 9145 Centreville Road, regarding a vandalism incident.
A witness told officers that he observed a semi- truck crash into several vehicles that were parked at the car care center. The witness also told officers that the offender attempted to run a bystander over after realizing that he was being watched. The bystander had to jump out of the path of the semi in order not to get struck. Further investigation revealed that approximately five vehicles and a tow truck had been destroyed by the semi-truck. The cost of damages to the vehicles was approximately $170,000.00. The driver of the truck fled the scene but was apprehended after a brief pursuit on Centreville Road, near Fairfax County.
Ronald Lee Frame Jr., of 9016 Falcon Glen Court, in Bristow, Virginia, was placed under arrest and charged with Felony Destruction of Property, Attempted Aggravated Malicious Wounding and Reckless Driving. He was held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, with no bond. His court date was set for July 10, 2012.
