Indecent Exposure
At approximately 5:00PM on April 1, 2015, Manassas City Police responded to the 9200 block of Taney Rd in reference to an indecent exposure that had just occurred.  The reporting party told officers that a male subject was exposing himself to people near the pavilion on Taney Rd.  Two young women reported that the man had also approached them and asked them questions of a sexual nature.
          Description of suspect: Black male, 30s or 40s, with a white rag covering his hair and a bushy black beard.  Last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a black jacket with white stripes running down the sleeves.

Hit & Run: Pedestrian Struck
During the early morning hours of April 3, 2015, Manassas City Police met with a citizen at Novant Health Prince William Medical Center for a report of a hit and run.  The victim told officers that at approximately 1:00AM, he was crossing the street in front of Rogers Service Center (9600 S Grant St) when a vehicle traveling southbound on Grant Ave towards Wellington Rd struck him in the road.  The driver continued southbound and did not stop to check on the victim, a 23-year-old male of Manassas who sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
          Description of suspect vehicle: Older model Toyota pickup truck, white

Stolen Auto
On March 23, 2015, Manassas City Police met with a citizen at Battlefield Ford, located at 9026 Centreville Rd, for a report of a breaking and entering.  The reporting party told officers that sometime between 6:00PM on Saturday, March 21st and 5:30AM on Monday, March 23rd, someone broke into the business and stole a red 2013 Ford F550XL valued at approximately $35,000.00.

Shots Fired Into an Occupied Building
At approximately 2:20AM on April 3, 2015, Manassas City Police responded to the 9400 block of Bragg Ln for a shooting that had just occurred.  The reporting party told officers that after hearing noise outside his bedroom window, he looked outside and saw a male subject standing between his house and his neighbor’s housing holding a handgun.  The suspect then pointed the gun at the victim’s house and discharged numerous BB projectiles at his window before covering his face with a black ski mask and walking into the common area behind the residence.  When the victim confronted the suspect, he fled in an unknown direction.  The initial stages of this investigation lead Police to believe this was not a random incident.
Description of suspect: Hispanic male with a light complexion, 5’5”, 120lbs, clean shaven.  Last seen wearing black zip-up jacket, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, and a black ski mask over his face
