Manassas city Police Beat 3/23/15
Manassas City Police were called to the 9200 block of Taney Road for an altercation on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 2:15 p.m.
After investigation is was discovered that the suspect, Noe Raymundo Cedillo, was sexually abusing for a period of time the minor female daughter of his live-in girlfriend.
According to the police report, Raymundo Cedillo was confronted and then fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction of travel.
