Manassas City Police Beat 12/22/11

Assault Arrest
On Dec. 21, 2011, at approximately 7:40 p.m., Manassas City Police Officers were called to the 10100 block of Candy Court, regarding an assault. Upon arrival, they were advised that Kenneth Judson Graham Jr., 39, of 10120 Candy Court, had assaulted a family member and had also vandalized her vehicle.

Mr. Graham Jr. was not at the residence when officers arrived but returned a short time later. Officers confronted Graham Jr. and attempted to place him under arrest, when he became combative, threatening one of the officer.

Kenneth Judson Graham Jr. was placed under arrest and charged with Domestic Assault, Vandalism and Obstruction. He was held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, with no bond. His court date was set for Feb. 14, 2012.
