Narcotics – Arrest
The Manassas City Police Department arrested Kenneth Allen Brunetto, 38, of Sterling, for possession of cocaine and marijuana on Wednesday, December 19 at 1:00AM.  Mr. Brunetto was in the vicinity of the Super 8 Motel, at 8691 Phoenix Drive, at the time of his arrest.  Officers had been in the area of the Super 8 investigating suspicious activity, including possible drug and prostitution activity.  Mr. Brunetto was taken in front of a magistrate and released on a $5,000 recognizance bond pending a February 5 court appearance.

Larceny from Auto
The Manassas City Police Department is investigating the larceny of cash from a car on the 9800 block of Buckner Road.  A resident reported to police that the larceny occurred sometime between 5:00PM Tuesday, December 18 and 5:00PM Wednesday, December 19.  There was no evidence of forced entry and a window may have been left open.

Larceny from Auto
The Manassas City Police Department is investigating the larceny of a stereo amplifier from a car on the 9700 block of Aspen Place.  A resident reported to police that the larceny occurred sometime between 5:00PM Wednesday, December 19 and 1:30PM Thursday, December 20.  There was no evidence of forced entry and the car may have been left unlocked.

Larceny from Auto
The Manassas City Police Department is investigating the larceny of power tools from a van on the 8500 block of Stonewall Road.  A resident reported to police that the larceny occurred sometime between 6:00PM Tuesday, December 18 and 9:00AM Wednesday, December 19.  The resident stated that the lock had been removed from the rear doors of the van.
