Manassas City Police Beat 11/3/11

Search Warrant
During the early morning hours of Oct. 31, 2011, Manassas City police investigators, in conjunction with the Prince William County Police Department, Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Investigators (ICAC)  and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), executed a search warrant in the 14500 block of Stephen Street, in Nokesville, VA, regarding the possession and distribution of child pornography. This stems from a four-month investigation into persons distributing child pornography over the internet.

Numerous items were removed from the residence stemming from the search warrant. A male juvenile was identified as the suspect through investigation and interviews. Petitions are pending for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography.
