Thefts From Vehicles
Manassas City Police Officers are investigating three thefts from vehicles. The incidents occurred between Nov. 12, 2011 and Nov. 13, 2011. It is unknown if all three incidents are related.

The first incident occurred between 8 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2011 and 8 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2011, in the 8900 block of Cannon Ridge Drive. The offender(s) broke the vehicle’s window and removed a GPS from the vehicle’s windshield. The GPS was valued at approximately $150.

The second incident occurred between 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2011 and 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2011, in the 8900 block of Kamlea Drive. The offender(s) broke the vehicle’s window and removed a GPS from the vehicle’s center console. The GPS was valued at approximately $200.

The third incident occurred between midnight on Nov. 12, 2011 and midnight on Nov.13, 2011, in the 8500 block of Quarry Road. The offender broke the vehicle’s window and removed a GPS from the vehicle’s windshield. The GPS was valued at approximately $150.

Residents are reminded not to leave anything of value inside their vehicles and to always keep their vehicles locked.
