Narcotics Investigation - Arrests
Manassas City Police Department officers were on foot patrol on the 9700 block of Aspen Place at 10:15PM Thursday, October 4, when they detected possible illegal narcotics activities. With the assistance of the Prince William and Manassas Vice/Narcotics Task Force, they conducted an investigation which lead to the following arrests, as well as the seizure of several ounces of marijuana, a scale, a handgun, ammunition and other evidence. Cameron Donte Broady, 23, of 9703 Aspen Place, was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance pending a November 8 court date. Diane Skipper, 42, also of 9703 Aspen Place, was released on a summons for Possession of Marijuana pending a November 8 court date.
