Burglary/Breaking and Entering

The Manassas City Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at approximately 8:40 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2012 at the “Train Depot” located at 9341 West St. Once on scene, the responding officer discovered areas where the suspect(s) had forced entry into the building through a window and stolen small amounts of cash from the cash register and donation box. This investigation is ongoing.

Theft from a Motor Vehicle
On Tuesday, October 16, 2012, a Manassas City Police Officer responded to the 10200 block of Manassas Mill Dr for a report of a larceny. The victim advised Police that the front two tires and rims of his 2010 Chevrolet Camero, valued together at approximately $1,000.00, were stolen sometime between 3:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on October 16, 2012.  The vehicle was parked in a lot near the victim’s residence at the time of the theft. This investigation is ongoing.
