Manassas city opens two warming shelters

Due to the dropping temperatures, on Monday, Jan. 6, the City of Manassas is opening two warming shelters. The shelter at Grace United Methodist Church, located at 9750 Wellington Rd., will open at 6 p.m. The shelter at Osbourn High School, located at 7005 Tudor Lane, will open at 9 p.m.
