Man, woman charged with child neglect involving baby

Child Neglect – On January 10 at 11:12PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a parking lot located in the 14400 block of Gideon Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a child neglect. The investigation revealed that the driver and the occupant of the vehicle were under the influence of alcohol and suspected narcotics. An 11-month-old boy was also inside of the vehicle and was not injured.
During a search of the vehicle, officers located suspected narcotics. Child Protective Services was notified, and the child was turned over to a family member.
Following the investigation, the driver, identified as Tony Curtis WRIGHT and the occupant, identified as Amanda Marie HASH, were arrested.

Both were charged with child neglect, possession of schedule I-IV and intoxicated in public
