**INCIDENTS**
Fatal Crash Investigation – On November 19th at 6:34PM, officers responded to the area of Cardinal Dr and Swan Way in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a two vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2008 Toyota Prius was attempting a left turn from southbound Cardinal Dr onto Swan Way when the vehicle collided with the driver of a 2010 Jeep Patriot who was traveling northbound on Cardinal Dr.
The driver of the Prius, who was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the collision, was flown to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries on November 24th. The driver of the Jeep was not injured. Speed, alcohol and drugs do not appear to be factors in this crash.

The driver of the 2008 Toyota Prius was identified as Leon POMEROY Jr., 82, of Woodbridge
The driver of the 2010 Jeep Patriot was identified as a 31 year old man of Woodbridge
Burglary to a Place of Worship – On November 24th at 9:18PM, officers responded to Ebenezer Baptist Church located at 209 Washington St in the Town of Occoquan (22125) to investigate a burglary. The caretaker of the church reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 7:45PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a side door which was found damaged. No property was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 24th at 6:50PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 5600 block of Smallwood Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00PM and 3:00PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through unsecured window. A laptop, other electronics, clothing items and shoes were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 24th at 4:01PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4000 block of Westwind Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:45AM and 3:00PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through unsecured window. A gaming console and other property were reported missing.
