Prince William County Police Department issued the following report on Monday, April 29, 2024:
UPDATES
• Strong-Arm Robbery *ARRESTS – On April 28, the suspects sought in connection to the robbery that was reported to have occurred at Potomac Mills located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) on April 24, were arrested. Officers identified the suspects involved in the robbery as William Carl ENGLISH, Diego Alberto MUNOZ-VILLEDA, and Dominique Khalil TOMLIN, who were located in the Woodbridge area and taken into custody without incident.

Strong-Arm Robbery [Previously Released] – On April 24 at 2:50PM, officers responded to Potomac Mills located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 26-year-old man, was in the food court when he was approached by an unknown woman who struck him in the face and took his wallet. The suspect then left the mall with two other unknown individuals before driving away in a green Ford Windstar van with a gold-colored hood. The victim was treated at an area hospital for minor injuries. The investigation continues.
ARRESTS
• School Threat Investigation – On April 25 at 6:03PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a threat made on social media towards Osbourn Park High School located at 8909 Euclid Ave. in Manassas (20111) received through a tip.
The investigation revealed an individual posted threats of potential violence towards the school on Instagram. While investigating the incident, officers identified the sender of the messages as the accused, a 17-year-old male student, and determined the threat to the school was not credible. Following the investigation, officers sought petitions against the accused. On April 26, after consultation with Juvenile Court Services, the case resulted in a formal action and will be handled through the court process at a later date.

INCIDENTS
• Malicious Wounding – On April 28 at 12:10AM, Prince William County Police officers began to investigate an assault in the area of Williamson Blvd. near Sudley Manor Dr. in Manassas (20109) after an injured man was located in the median.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 24-year-old man, was with two unknown men when a verbal altercation escalated. During the encounter, the two men struck the victim several times causing him to temporarily lose consciousness. When the victim woke, the suspects had left the area. The victim was located by police a short time later and treated at an area hospital area with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects were described as a black male and a Hispanic male, both last seen wearing ski-style masks and hooded sweatshirts.
• Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – On Friday, April 26 at 5:25PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Coverstone Apartments located in the 10900 block of Coverstone Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 19-year-old man, was approached by two unknown men and a family member. During the encounter, one of the unknown men brandished a firearm towards the victim. A verbal altercation ensued before the parties separated. A short time later, the victim observed the same suspects approaching him before multiple shots were fired. Two separate apartments were struck by gunfire. No injuries or additional property damage were reported.

Last seen wearing a black ski-style mask, a brown hooded sweatshirt, and silver pants
A Hispanic male approximately 5’7” with a medium build
Last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and black jeans
• Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – On Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 9 PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Coverstone 4 Apartments located in the 7600 block of Cass Pl. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed multiple shots were fired which struck two separate apartments. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. Shell casings were located in the area of Stagestone Way near Halterpath Trl. and additionally on Cass Pl. No suspect description was provided at this time.
• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Monday, April 29, 2024 at 12:15AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 1400 block of G St. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed the victims, a 21-year-old man and a 29-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the accused retrieved a firearm and brandished it towards the victims before firing multiple rounds. The victims were not struck and contacted the police upon leaving the area. No injuries or property damage were reported. Shell casings were located in front of a residence in the area. Officers identified the accused as Henry Tyler POWELL and obtained arrest warrants. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Wanted for reckless handling of a firearm and brandishing of a firearm
• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Sunday. April 28, 2024 at 3:09PM, officers responded to the 12600 block of Oakwood Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed multiple shots were fired near the basketball courts before two men left the area in an orange Dodge Challenger. No injuries or property damage were reported. Shell casings were located on the basketball courts.
One of the men was described as heavy set with blond-colored dreadlocks. Both men were last seen wearing dark-colored clothing.
• Strong-Arm Robbery – On Friday, April 26 at 6:49PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 3300 block of Cape May Ct. in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a robbery.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 32-year-old man, arranged to sell a computer and cell phone to an unknown individual via Offer Up. Before the transaction was completed, the suspect, who was holding the devices, pushed the victim and ran from the area. Minor injuries were reported. The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 6’0’, wearing all dark-colored clothing and white shoes.
