Male arrested in Oct. 8 Nordstrom Rack robbery; female suspect elusive

UPDATE
Armed Robbery *ARREST – On Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 the male suspect involved in the Oct. 8 robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Nordstrom Rack inside Potomac Mills located at 2700 block of Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) was arrested. The suspect, identified as John Jeremiah BAILEY, was observed by officers walking in the 2400 block of Prince William Pkwy where he was detained without incident. The investigation continues as officers attempt to identify the female party involved.

John Jeremiah BAILEY, 22, of no fixed address
Charged with robbery
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond

Suspect Description:
Police are continuing to look for a black female, between 18-25 years old and ast seen wearing a black jacket, grey pants, and black shoes

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On October 9, 2024 at 2:39PM,  Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Nordstrom Rack inside Potomac Mills located at 2700 block of Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) on Oct.  8. The investigation revealed a store employee observed an unknown man and woman conceal merchandise before leaving the store. When an employee confronted the male suspect outside of the store, the suspect implied he had a weapon before both suspects left the area on foot. No injuries were reported.
