Commercial Burglary – On March 9th at 1:50AM, officers responded to Five 12 located at 8037 Centreville Rd in Manassas (20111) to investigate an alarm activation. Officers arrived at the business and discovered a rear door was pried open. A police K-9 was used to clear the building. No suspect(s) were located. Numerous lottery tickets were reported missing.
Commercial Burglary – On March 2nd at 2:33AM, officers responded to the Hard Times located at 7753 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a disorderly in progress. Officers arrived and met with security who reported that a customer, who was previously inside the restaurant, broke the lock on the front door and entered the business after closing. The customer, identified as the accused, was located by officers a short distance away from the business and was determined to be intoxicated. The investigation revealed that the accused was removed from the business by staff shortly before closing. The accused claimed that he had lost his phone inside the restaurant and wanted to look for it. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident. Damage to the door was estimated around $1,200.

Residential Burglary – On March 7th at 7:35PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15300 block of Elizabeth Burbage Lp in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00AM and 5:00PM. Entry was made into the home through a rear sliding glass door which was pried open. A MacBook, two laptops, a gaming console with game, and a camera, total value around $3,200, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On March 7th at 5:52PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 14300 block of Westminster Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:30AM and 4:00PM. Entry was made into the home through a bedroom window which was broken out. A gaming console, cell phone, and jewelry, total value around $900, were reported missing.
Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On March 1st at 12:57AM, officers responded to the 9500 block of Covington Pl in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. Caller reported to police that multiple gunshots were heard in the area above. One caller reported seeing four males wearing hooded sweatshirts running from the area. Officers located shell casings in the road. No injuries or property damage were reported.
