Local architecture firm marks 25 years of service in greater Prince William area

John F. Heltzel AIA, PC is celebrating its 25th anniversary. A small business serving all of Northern Virginia and beyond, the firm began in 1991 as a one man office, and has grown steadily based on positive referrals by previous clients, a news release said.

The firm handles a variety of projects including office buildings, tenant layouts and residential projects. It provides full architectural services for construction projects, from schematic design, design development, construction documents, engineering to construction administration.

Its project list includes both large and small scale projects with a wide range of complexity including recycling facilities, microprocessor fabrication plants, religious facilities, gymnasiums, and health care facilities.

Some of the firm’s clients include: Prince William County Parks and Recreation, George Mason University, the City of Manassas, Domino’s, Gold’s Gym, Remax Realty, American Red Cross, USDA, Walgreens, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Toll Brothers, Andersen Windows Company, PODS and Mantech.

Now in its 25th year, the firm maintains over 85 current projects,  28 of which are in Prince William County with 17 in Manassas, VA proper. “Just stroll through Old Town Manassas and you’ll see the impact of John F. Heltzel AlA’s work on nearly every block,” the news release stated.
