John F. Heltzel AIA, PC is celebrating its 25th anniversary. A small business serving all of Northern Virginia and beyond, the firm began in 1991 as a one man office, and has grown steadily based on positive referrals by previous clients, a news release said.
The firm handles a variety of projects including office buildings, tenant layouts and residential projects. It provides full architectural services for construction projects, from schematic design, design development, construction documents, engineering to construction administration.
Its project list includes both large and small scale projects with a wide range of complexity including recycling facilities, microprocessor fabrication plants, religious facilities, gymnasiums, and health care facilities.
