Known acquaintance charged in sexual assault case of teen

**ARRESTS**

Rape l Indecent Liberties with a Child – On April 2nd, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 14700 block of Birchdale Ave in Woodbridge (22193). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 15 year old girl of Woodbridge, was sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance, on more than one occasion between January and February of 2012.  Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.
          Arrested on April 2nd:
          Jose Roberto CASTILLO, 39, of the 14700 block of Birchdale Ave in Woodbridge
          Charged with 2 counts of rape and 2 counts of indecent liberties with a child
          Court date: unavailable | Bond: held WITHOUT bond

**INCIDENTS**

Commercial Burglary – On April 3rd at 3:21AM, officers responded to Tackett’s Mill Car Care located at 12831 Harbor Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an alarm. Police arrived at the business and discovered an open window to the rear of the building.  Officers checked the business and did not locate anyone inside. Damage to the interior of the building indicated an unknown person(s) did make entry. While investigating the incident, officers observed an unknown man running near the above location. A police K-9 attempt to locate that suspect but was unsuccessful.  No property was reported missing. The investigation continues.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 19 & 25 years of age, 5’7”, 130lbs with a thin build
Last seen wearing all black clothing and beanie style hat
